Hi, my name is Lana Asuchak, I am a Nationally Certified Fitness Consultant and the owner of LA Interactive. Everyone deserves to realize the full potential of their body. With LA Interactive, I know that I can’t treat everyone the same. Your needs, interests, goals and fitness levels are all different.

I include a holistic approach to fitness and wellness encompassing cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and nutrition. I operate from a belief that everyone can benefit from seeing a personal trainer - multiple times per week or even as little as once every few months. Having your own personal coach overseeing your program and progress is the key to success. Plus I will ensure your workouts are safe and fun! That's why my clients experience life-changing results. I provide private personalized training of individual clients or small groups in the comfort of their own home with minimal equipment required. I have been dubbed "the queen of variety" by my clients. With my qualifications, years of experience and ongoing quest for knowledge; my repertoire is vast. Every client keeps asking, “where does Lana come up with this stuff and how many toys does she have?” This lets you know what you have really come for - a personalized, high quality training experience.
